Our bathroom design and build service on the Sunshine Coast covers everything from layout planning and selections through to construction and project management, making the renovation process simple and stress free.
Yes. As part of your quotation, you’ll receive a fully customised bathroom design including scaled floor plans and 3D visuals, allowing you to clearly understand the layout and overall direction before moving forward.
This ensures the space is visualised, considered, and aligned before construction begins.
Your project is broken into two phases.
Phase 1: Planning, Selections, Approvals.
Duration: 6 weeks
Phase 2: Construction
Duration: 6-8 weeks
For more complex projects involving structural changes or layout reconfiguration, we typically allow:
8 weeks preparation, followed by
8–10 weeks construction.
Preparation is not a delay — it’s what protects your timeline once construction begins.
Clear planning before demolition ensures smoother delivery on site.
Every renovation is different, but most projects fall within the following ranges:
Ensuites: $30,000 – $50,000
Main Bathrooms: $35,000 – $50,000+
Laundries: $20,000 – $40,000
Final cost depends on layout complexity, structural changes, product selections, and overall scope.
Once your layout and selections are confirmed, we provide a detailed fixed-price proposal based on an agreed scope of work. Clear planning before pricing ensures accuracy and protects your budget.
Yes, we’ve meticulously chosen top-tier suppliers for bathroom fittings and tiles, guaranteeing an extensive selection to achieve the exact look you desire. Alternatively, if you prefer sourcing your own materials, we’re happy to offer a quote for installation services alone, allowing you the flexibility to customise your project.
